The story:
Viduus is the divider, the Roman God or Deity that separates the soul from the human body.
The wounded gladiator lies defeated in the crowded amphitheatre, his body now slain lies in wait for the final crushing blow. Time stands still...
The performance takes place during the last moments of the gladiator's life. In his dream like state the amphitheatre takes on an ethereal quality, the warrior, close to death begins to climb and sweep through the sky in one final battle for his soul.
